As dad had a stroke. He found it hard to take it all in, felt over welcomed by it all.
Suggested improvements
Spoke to family more, arrangements to coming in, to visit dad, as he got confused who had been in and all the coming and going.

I had stroke in January 2021& still recovering from it, the care i received from the team was much appreciated, I feel i would not have got to the level of where i am today without it.

Everything was explained in detail with clear, compassionate instructions time was taken to solve any questions I had and ensured that I understood reassurance and support has aided my recovery to date.

Jane Dennehy has been very competent, efficient and professional over the { } from 16 December and- 25 February her approach has been targeted to my needs inventive and very supportive to me and my wife. She was always punctual.
Suggested improvements
There is nothing to complain about - but more staff to increase frequency of visits would be helpful.
